How are you all doing at the end of the year? I am Souun Takeda, a calligrapher.
The end of the year can be hectic for everyone.
After finishing my work, I finally entered the year-end and New Year holidays, and even though I went to my parents' house and spent time with my children, I couldn't rest because the work after the new year was in the back of my mind. Isn't there a lot of people who say?
What I recommend to such people is to have the awareness of carefully savoring the things in front of you the moment you notice them. I named this "polite way".
However, when I heard about being polite, some people thought, "Oh, that sounds troublesome," or, "I don't have the money or the leisure to live a fashionable and polite life like the one published in magazines." maybe.
But don't worry (laughs). The politeness I recommend doesn't take time or money. It's easy to do, and it's strange that the daily fulfillment is going up. Let me briefly explain.
Now, let me explain what it means to "taste carefully what's in front of you" with an example.
Imagine that you have warm New Year's Eve soba in front of you. Many people would usually rush their soba noodles down at lunchtime. But this year's New Year's Eve, instead of pouring down the soba just to fill your stomach,
・Taste the sound of shichimi when you shake it. ・Close your eyes and concentrate on the sensation of the soba noodles passing through your lips and throat. ・Taste the stinging broth. p> I want you to eat it with the intention of playing yourself with a smiling face, saying, "Ah, it's the time of bliss."Of course, if you don't like soba, you can use something else. Some of you may have thought, "That's silly." But even those people...
When drinking beer at the table, people who like to drink open the can more carefully than usual and listen carefully to the sound of "push", or enjoy the sound of "tokutoku" poured into a glass. Aren't you smiling when you dare to dry your throat and feel the sharpness of the beer with a "kuuu"?
