In addition, regarding the fact that some of the employees who had inadequate work experience were assigned as on-site engineers, the Kinki Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism issued instructions based on Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Business Act. Announced that it received a suspension of business based on Article 3.

The scope of business suspension is 20 prefectures for the electrical construction business and 5 prefectures for the pipe construction business. Construction and civil engineering businesses are not subject to disposal. The business suspension period is 22 days from December 2nd to 23rd.
